Amazing stay in Ortesei close to the city center. The room had a balcony that overlooked at the river and the town. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly and helped us with planning our day to make the most of our stay. Dinner was amazing, specially the Salmon Trout! :) If you like family hotels that are cozy and make you feel at home, this is your place to stay.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Amazing hotel with a stunning view of the dolomites! The staff were very attentive and polite especially Sandra and Barbara! Everything from the very clean and modern accommodations, excellent amenities and many activities, the Masseur Ronland also fantastic!
