We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Presulis twice, and each visit has been absolutely outstanding. The warm and authentic atmosphere—rooted in beautifully crafted woodwork and tasteful interior design—perfectly blends tradition with modern comfort. We’ve experienced two different apartment rooms, and both were exquisitely furnished. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the spacious bathrooms, with their elegant wood and stone elements, add to the overall sense of luxury. Beyond the rooms, Presulis offers top-notch amenities: a serene wellness area with a sauna and a heated pool that never feels crowded, and a restaurant serving exceptional, locally inspired cuisine, all meticulously prepared by a remarkably talented chef. You truly feel the owners’ passion in every detail, and the staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring a memorable stay. After two visits, it’s clear that Presulis lives up to (and even surpasses) its own high standards—a 10 out of 10 experience that we can’t wait to repeat.

I had an incredible stay here ! Location and view - absolutely perfect 🫶🏻, breakfast and dinner - just incredible, so many options, the a la carte serving is divine, the menu is well organized, everything is fresh with local ingredients, was vert impressed. The staff 👌🏻👌🏻, very helpful, willing to speak with great details. The room - 🤌🏻❤️, super clean, comfy bed, great shower, all covered in wood, classy and so nice. A lot of parking places - outside and underground, daily snacks with sweets and freshly baked pizza - I could’t understand why this is not a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend it !!

The hotel is very very clean, the spa area is very comfy and the family that is running the place very welcoming and ready to help with a lot of tips. Also food at the restaurant is very good, better than other restaurants around.

Set opposite the shores of Lake Fié, where guests can relax on sun loungers, the Waldsee is an Alpine-style hotel with a gym, sauna and indoor pool. It has spacious rooms with Dolomite-view balconies....
