The food was delicious and each meal was abundant in variety so we relished all meals in our 5 days. The Chef is definitely talented in maintaining the authentic taste of all South and North Indian food. The room service was nice and very courteous staff, our elderly parents also were treated with respect and we got a cottage where the resort van picks and drops us.

The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is amazing, they did everything to make me happy. They offer good excursions, and the area around hotel is picturesque. Breakfast was very good. The view from my window and swimming pool area was breathtaking. Comfy beds and cleanliness.

Good condition and price for a budget room. I like the big window. There was no AC and fan as the hotel stated, but it was quite chilly during monsoon season in Munnar.

We opted for this hotel so we could explore town at our leisure over a multi day stay. Very convenient location as we also organised some hiking day trips located in different directions out of town. The window was virtually sound proof to the outside town when closed. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Two of the lovely ladies from reception helped my wife with some Sari donning lessons for an upcoming wedding we were due to attend which was greatly appreciated.
