The room service was not only prompt but also exceptionally helpful. Whether it was an extra bottle of water or a drying rack, they were always at my beck and call, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. The gym trainer on staff Prem was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

Very nice 5-stars hotel. Deserves its 5 stars. Breakfasts were super! A large variety of dishes and beverages. In evening tried soup with toasts at the restaurant a-la karte. The tastiest soup I've ever tried. The room large enough, clean, cosy, nice. The lighting system in the room was unusual but friendly! The personnel was very friendly, especially at the restaurant. Highly recommended the hotel. When again in Chennai, I will put up only at Ramadan Plaza
