The property was way better than my expectations, apart from that, the Estate manager, Mr. Anant, our Butler, Patrick, and our super start Chef Sanjay and the team took great care. The love and smile that they gave you were outstanding. Breakfast was the best part, customisation variety of options and menu and the food quality and flavours all were excellent.

The design is verified to the smallest details, materials and equipment are of very high quality and all this gives aesthetic and tactile pleasure! Stayed in Goa during the last week of October, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was excellent, with the staff showing respect for privacy while being incredibly skilled and talented. The rooms were clean, modern, and bohemian, adding a unique charm to the stay. The shower was fantastic—perfect water temperature with strong pressure, making it refreshing every time. The location is ideal, right on the beach, making it a relaxing, calm, and safe environment. Artı was a fantastic host—kind, helpful, and friendly. We had some of the best conversations; she’s a true feminist and a boss lady! The team was also very helpful with local recommendations, which made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. Definitely value for money. Can’t wait to come back!”

The room is stunning and spacious. The pool was clean and great to enjoy. Food was so nice and fresh. We got a great deal for all mini bar included and nice laundry deal. The best party was service. We were lost in the city at night, the manager came to pick us up! He was great and very kind. We were sad staying here only for a night!!
