• The apartment was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean. • Private pool – a great place to relax. • Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and nicely served. • Excellent service, everything was taken care of. • Special thanks to the receptionist Agung, who was very kind, explained everything clearly and arranged everything we needed.

We were really happy with our stay here. Room was spacious, bed was really comfyyyy, tv with netflix, room cleaning everyday and my most favourite part was the bathtub! The bathtub was large enough and the shower design was unique, i like it. All the staffs were very friendly, polite, accommodating, always greet you and always helpful. From and to the parking lot, they will give you a ride with their buggy. It was very peaceful here you can enjoy your rest and the nature view. Perfect if you are looking for a place to relax after a whole day of exploring bali. Thank you for the hospitality, wish The Nenggala success 😊

Gorgeous views at pure nature outside and from your room balcony, beautiful and immaculately clean room as well as the whole hotel itself, delicious food at the restaurant, live music, attention to details at all aspects of your stay: from complimentary gin and tonic and coffee machine in your room to sunset cocktail, afternoon tea and care of the staff during all your stay.     Amazing room and great breakfast. Loved the pool and the views from our balcony. You only see jungle and rice fields, just like the pictures, awesome!Everything clean as can be. Staff is great as well! We immediately felt at home after some rough days climbing the bromo and Ijen. Spa treatments were also good!

    Quiet location with comfortable rooms and spectacular private pools cantilevered over the valley. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. My wife is gluten free and she was grateful for the lovely gluten free bread provided. The staff are very kind and thoughtful and make your stay a memorable experience. We also enjoyed massages at the Spa which were excellent.

    The villa has the most delicate privacy with amazing rice terrace view. Staffs were very friendly and helpful to accommodate my request. They provide a WhatsApp number for guest assistance during my stay which comes in handy. My partner and I had the honeymoon package and it was certainly the best experience from the beautiful flower bath to the relaxing massage and ended with a delicious candlelight dinner. Floating breakfast was good. They do provide shuttle service to nearby rice terrace and ubud centre which is a plus point.

    The staff were all very friendly and warm, making us feel at home. The resort is nestled within lush greenery and far away from the hustle and bustle, with tranquil surroundings and ability to give respite and reflections. Breakfast was great, and the spa massage relaxing. Front counter offered to help us book cab via GoJek when my Grab app could not locate the exact spot we need to go to.

    We were amazed at the beautiful location and room at the papas villa. Walking distance with tegalalang rice terraces. The view very peaceful and relaxing. Thanks to Wayan and Ketut and others they were amazing, so helpful and friendly and even organized a birthday cake and floating breakfast for my wife which was very special! They arranged Balinese massage for us (highly recommend). If you want to dive deep into the beauty and culture of Bali, this is the place.
