Worth every penny! The staff provided outstanding service, always friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable and made me feel right at home. The resort facilities were top-notch, with well-maintained grounds and plenty of amenities to enjoy. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options. I really enjoyed my private deck overlooking the trees! The breakfast buffet was superb :) spa, sauna, pool area is really beautiful and brings a sense of peace with all the surrounding greenery. The massage place on site is also deluxe and reasonable.

We (a school group from the USA) just stayed at the Pullman Bandung for three weeks. Everyone absolutely loved it and we can't recommend it highly enough! The rooms are lavish, and the Pullman's facilities are equally excellent—the spa, gym, pool, and amazing services to have on-hand in the middle of Bandung.The hotel's service was exceptional, and staff could be counted on at all hours of the day or night. The breakfast buffet is particularly good, with a ton of dishes to choose from or made custom in front of you. Moreover, the Sadrasa kitchen accommodated our many requests for specific (often complex) dishes—all of which were made to perfection. Geographically, the Pullman is ideally located in the middle of Bandung, so everything is a short drive away. All in all, we had an amazing stay and are sure you will too! We definitely will be back to the Hotel Pullman when we return to Bandung.

I am always impressed with the hospitality of hotels in Indonesia, but I thought that Aston Pasteur pushed it up to another level. My peers and I were so impressed with particularly the staff at the hotel. Something is done right, I believe. The staff is top notch professional. All of them (not one or two) are serving guests from their hearts. The breakfast spread is impressive. You have a free flowing fresh juice bar. And there are staff walking around asking guests if they would like some omelette. The location to me is great! It is in a quiet area, not busy as the shopping districts but at the same not far from tourist attractions (with transportation). But if you ask me. What makes this hotel special. I would say again and again- it is the staff. (We checked in into a hotel in Jakarta, after Aston, and we felt neglected. That is how much the staff at Aston has pampered us. All the best, Aston Pasteur. InsyaAllah, see you again in the near future!
