This was a fantastic stay. The best thing about this property is their staff, from reception to the gardeners, who are always very polite and happy to help. We (a couple) planned to stay here for six days but decided to stay for nine more nights because the time spent here was better than expected. A special shout-out to Agustin. She is working in the hotel and is a fantastic human being. She was the main reason why we decided to stay here again.

Breakfast was great, restaurant is very good as well. Staff was very helpful and kind. They keep the low price by not having all the services in-house. Instead if you want a massage, they will book a third party masseuse to come to their massage room, as an example. Another example would be laundry - they will collect and send to third party laundry service. It was nice to chill at the private pool and at the restaurant.

Our stay at Sanctoo was amazing! An exceptional experience on all levels, the place, the location, the staff, the food… We have booked the villa with private pool. It was spacious, spotless and well designed. What made our experience even more special, was the incredible service. Every staff member was warm, attentive and helpful and especially Eka, Dewi, Yuro, Rifki, Indra, Yogi, Komang Ayu, Sekar and Dekuid who mostly served us during our stay. We felt genuinely cared for. If you are looking for a peaceful escape, surrounded by nature and kindness, Sanctoo is the place to be!

This stay was incredible! The house is even more beautiful than on the pictures. The pool overlooking the rice fields is perfect. The location is great if you want to avoid Ubud crowded and noisy streets - only 20 min by scooter from Ubud city center and very central to explore the different sightseeings. But most importantly : Made contributed greatly to make this stay unforgettable. She is the nicest! The breakfasts she prepared for us were delicious and she will arrange anything you need (scooter rental, Balinese massage etc)

Amazing stay! Massive rooms especially the master bedroom overlooking the pool and beach. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful massages with a dedicated two tables downstairs. Live like royalty during your Bali stay - would highly recommend!
