We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

The location and the room view from 5th floor were purely amazing. Outside swimming pool, private access to the sea, spa and sauna were all functional, clean and not crowded. Staff was always there for you. Covered private parking. Possibility to play bowling paying extra.

The apartment is tasteful, clean and well equipped, the mattress is fantastic, and the view - especially from the shared roof deck - is simply breathtaking. Best of all, it is located in a little peaceful pocket of subtropical paradise, away from the touristy chaos of Batumi and Kobuleti, up the road from magical banana groves and a small seaside waterfall. It also serves as a great base to explore the black sea coast.

The location is great! But there is no supermarkets, small local shops. You need to go to the highway, it was hard with our baby, but, You can easily get a taxi from Yandex Taxi app. Anyway, this is really good place very near to the Batumi Botanical Garden. I highly recommend this place to stay and Enjoy.

Such a beautiful setting in the forest, room was immaculately clean, hosts were helpful, pool is lovely. Bring supplies to cook your own breakfast. I hope to come back one day.
