Absolutely stunning property. Excellent customer service and great staff. Spa was fantastic and clean, treatments were excellent and left feeling very relaxed. Food was delicious and fresh and served quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a twin room- WOW! Very spacious apartment, everything major in Gloucester was a 10-minute walk away, so we didn't need to move the car much at all. When the basement neighbours (same host BnB) were rude by playing loud music all night, the host was responsive and apologetic, dealing with the situation promptly. The park opposite was perfect for our young children and really quiet in the mornings. Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. One of the best accommodations we used on our whole trip.

Building & grounds are absolutely beautiful. Loads of areas to sit outside. Great gardens. Lovely bar/cafe just past the lobby with friendly and attentive staff. The spa is great and well worth using.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, it was very relaxing and pleasant. The staff was very very kind and helpful, the facilities were good. Our room was big, nicely designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler, a cot was provided.
