    Comfortable, amazing staff, breakfast was perfect, dinner in the brasserie was the best food i'd ever had i highly recommend the haddock risotto, location is incredible as expected, so many nearby walks with incredible scenery, make sure to visit the lakeside aquarium, spa is amazing and relaxing

    We enjoyed the views of the river from the window, could even see the waterfall. Friendly staff Huge selection for breakfast, proper sausages and bacon not the cheap poverty ones Restaurant food was really I nice, the duck was amazing Spa facilities, the sauna and steam room where boiling

    What a fabulous hotel. Beautiful decor and ambiancethroughout the hotel with many lovely places to sit and have coffee, chat or work. The breakfast was delicious The spa was lovely with a good pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Wonderful location, not far from Lake Windermere and good walks from the hotel itself. We hope to come back.

    stayed for 2 night for a family wedding at a venue close by. Welcomed by friendly staff and arranged a spa booking for the end of our stay. Started the next day with a leisurely hearty breakfast cooked to order. Service a little slow but food tasty and good portions. Our room overlooked spa garden and so day after the wedding and check out we took advantage of the onsite spa and enjoyed a relaxing morning in the jacuzzi and sauna before setting off home.

    Beautiful property with funky decor! Like it was designed specifically to not look like a hotel, more like a stylish house, in a good way. Loved all the side rooms with comfy sofas, fireplaces and pool table. The spa is out of the world. We spent an amazing evening in the hot tub, jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms! Bliss.

    The Swan is beautifully situated on the water with outside seating. We loved the lounge areas dotted the reception areas and were lucky enough to secure sofas in front of the roaring fire evening. Food was delicious in both the bar and brasserie, and breakfast was great too. Though cooked option portions are not large, there was also the continental buffet. The hotel swimming pool also has a spa pool and sauna which was very quiet when we used it. It's a great base to explore the area.

    It was large and spacious. Lots of room to sit and relax inside and outside. Pool was a nice temp and not too busy in the evening when we used those facilities. Hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were lovely. Breakfast was the best. Lots of choice and cooked to order. Staff were pleasant and helpful especially the ladies in reception.

    Absolutely stunning hotel all the staff were super friendly The swimming pool is quite small but all you need to chill out and enjoy the Spa facilities which includes the Jacuzzi Steam room and Sauna very relaxing. The Bedroom was very nice with a super large comfortable bed with a nice shower which was super clean. The Breakfast is not a buffet style you get table service which was delightful and a really good choice the breakfast was cooked to perfection.
