Sensational location offside the London inner city chaos - but with good connection to eg. Waterloo (30 min). Very quiet directly at Syon park. Nothing negative in regards of the hotel: Good breakfast & dinner, nice room and park around the hotel. Will come back!

I really like from A to Z! Location was excellent for tourist who are travelling from shopping to entertaining theaters and food lover(Chinese, Italian...Asian, American etd). Also Metro station all around. Regarding Hotel "In"- very Modern and Unique from lightning to seat in the rest room with warming up to flashing!!!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was so beautiful, with glass walls and extremely clean. The receptionist, was a Romanian guy, extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved the jacuzzi, swimming pool and the steam room. The sofa from swimming pool was extremely comfortable we nearly called asleep.
