We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property, dating back to the 13th century, is stunning and full of character. It’s set in a beautiful, lush, and green area that offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Dinner was fantastic, Apo was a wonderful host at the restaurant and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Also Pedro was a great host making our first day very enjoyable. Truly loved everything about our stay.

Well equipped, lovely property, very clean and tidy. Communication was great from Samina. We were well informed. Spacious property, so kids were very comfortable. Location was good. Friendly service. In my opinion the best hotel to stay at in Birmingham. The staff are incredibly helpful and the customer service is spot-on, supportive but not intrusive. The food in the restaurant whether you eat in there or the room service is at the highest quality and reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are tastefully furnished with a host of small touches that make your experience that extra bit special. Also the spa facilities are top Notch. The hotel is also outstandingly clean in every area. If I'm ever back in Birmingham again I will not hesitate to stay here.

Absolutely everything was perfect, this is a first class establishment and a huge shout out to Camilla on front end she is a huge credit to your front of house staff. Pool and spa were wonderful to relax in and the buffet breakfast in the morning made us feel like royalty. Well done team!

The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.
