Stunning hotel with excellent service. Everything was absolutely beautiful; I felt totally pampered. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had every convenience, including L'Occitane products. Room controls (including window shades) were accessible while in bed. I ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Service was amazing again (I was there on the early side for the sunset) and the food was good (not outstanding.) The hotel is right on the Plaza de Espagna, which is where I wanted to stay, but a little ways from the museums and other sites.

Very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartments. Close to everything, central location. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful and approachable. The building is kept very clean. Cozy and warm apartment with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds. Obviously a bit of noise from outside but with the central location this is expected, nothing that bothered us though. Good facilities. Would highly recommend. I would return when going back to Madrid.
