We stayed in many hotels around the world , we never saw such hospitality Generosity and generosity like we saw in this amazing place from first day Mr Amged the General manger was so nice and helpful to find a nice parking for our Porsche , as well mr Mohamed Homos was so helpful and flixable and he was following up every day if we are happy . Also mr Wafaa from the bar was so nice , and the animation team all of them was nice and funny Shiko and the Russian lady thank you all for the great days we spent there you make us feel like we are home and even more , we recommend this hotel 100% if you want feel relax and enjoy your time , we will definitely come back soon .

our stay was more than perfect me and my friends didn't expect to meet such helpful stuff and very clean room and also the triple room was so wide I've been to many hotels around the world and I would rate this hotel is one of the best. the pool was so good also the cafe on the pool and special thanks for the stuff. all of them the receptionist and room service and all bar tinders. specially Ahmed khalaf was so helpful and gentleman.

We spent 7 nights at Steigenberger Alcazar at Sharm. Usually we go to Dubai in november every year but since we had a daughter we said may be we should have more relax vacation. Long story short, the resort is fantastic and worth every penny we spent. We will come back next year for sure. We loved everything in this hotel. The all inclusive pack is great. The room with direct access to the piscine is great, many restaurants Japanese, French, Lebanese…., the main buffet restaurant is fantastic, many swiming pools, bars with nice atmosphere, Kids club. The beach and the Pier are great as well, the water crystal clear. Cleanliness everywhere, gardens well maintained. But what we loved most in this hotel is the staff. A special thanks to Ahmed abd Elfattah, the manager, and all his great team at Zohreya restaurant. They were very caring and paying attention to us and our daughter to make us happy and feel at home. We see them 3 times a day so at end we felt like we leaving our familly, so thank you Ahmed and your great staff for your devotion and hard work. On the downside, there is no many things to say, may be our experience with the photographer, but I will not go into details because it’s not worth it. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at Steigenberger, and we are looking forward to come back next year!

The resort is simply sensational, a true five star luxury slice of heaven on the Red Sea. The room was spacious and cleaned twice a day, the bed was very comfortable. I have to make a note on how the staff are the reason you have such a relaxing time. They are kind, helpful and are always there to ensure you have the best time. I will for sure return.
