First you park in front of the reception and then you get a ticket to parking slot owned by hotel but localised a little bit closer to lake. Swimming pool - you get the bathing rob in room and extra towels just in swimming pool. Localisation - ideal, just between the castles. The whole hotel was absolutely stunning and the room was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing experience with the spa - best massage ever and had the pool to ourselves! Huge bathroom with a seperate shower room and large tub centred in the middle . We had a view of the lake and the Alps from our bed and balcony .
