    The hotel is situated in a beautiful area next to the lake and the hotel is a highly professional accommodation with friendly personnel, a nice Wellness area, several restaurants that are affiliated to the hotel, a luxurious breakfast buffet, and has a very precise sense of luxury that we really appreciated. We felt very well-attended to and want to come back.

    Great stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, great breakfast, clean. Had nice room with view of lake. Spa is clean, nice saunas. Beautiful surrounding areas, too, we took very pleasant extended walks along the lake. Would recommend this place and come back. Easily reachable with a 20 min. walk along the lake from the Bad Saarow train station.

    nice suite and complex, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Nice buffet at breakfast.Overall a very pleasant experience. the spa are a treat, too bad the water in the main pool was cold, but we could still enjoy the other one.

    Amazing location next to the lake in the woods, easily reachable by public bus on the weekdays. Large spa area with sauna. Amazing breakfast and dinner buffet, great selection of dishes, very fresh and tasty.

    Perfect for a short break away from the everyday. We went here to unwind and escape, and we were able to do just that. Breakfast was amazing, spa and wellness area was great, clean and modern. The pools were great. Staff were truly amazing, always and helpful and kind. The cocktail bar the drunken piano was also great. We will return!

    Terrace is beautiful so a lovely setting. Staff were friendly. Breakfast for us was disappointing . Fresh fruit and yogurt selection poor particularly for a spa hotel. Cooked breakfast selection poor also. Bread and croissants good

    Location and hotel surroundings are really special, SPA area, relaxation area very beautifully designed, very cozy and calm. Loved the room coffe/tea setting and quality. Breakfast- excellent choice of quality food.

    I really enjoyed the service: you get everything you need to rest and recharge. I also like a lot the fact that spa area is not crowded, there was always enough space in every location, be it sauna, pool or quiet room, spots for massage or tables to get a drink or snack in between. The room was tidy, spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    The customer service was remarkable. All staff members were really nice which is not common in Germany. My room was super comfortable and well decorated. The piano bar was also really nice. The wellness area was fantastic, with 2 pools, many sauna rooms, and plenty of other things to enjoy. The breakfast is included for everyone and therefore there're no annoyinh controls. There was great variety of food, all fresh and good quality.
