The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

A beautiful and unique stay! The wellness centre was lovely and quiet when we we visited and the staff were kind and wonderful. We would 100% recommend this hotel for a calm getaway.

Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. Room was large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the rainfall shower and the hotel branded toiletries. Restaurant was fantastic, 7 course evening meal was worth it. Breakfast was tasty, although it can get busy on the weekend. Most important aspect of any hotel are the staff; everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. In front of the hotel there are brass cobbles with names of famous guests. It's fun to search through the variety of names; ranging from Peter the Great to Keira Knightley.

Lovely lady in the reception. So nice! This is a castle located in a very nice area. The road leading to the castle from the city is beautiful. Spa facilities and massage, very nice!

The bathroom is super, the kitchen is great. The bed is very comfortable. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The location is good, there is a Lidl nearby and the city centre is about a 5-7 minute walk away. The apartment overall is very, very good. I would recommend it for sure.
