Spacious and soundproof room. Airconditioning in each room is just priceless, very appreciated when it´s +35 outside! Mighty breakfest. Very good coffee. SPA dept in basement included in the price, available 12 hours a day. Bottom line: great place for vacation in Frantiskovy Lazne, warmly recommended. Staff was friendly and helpful, however they don't speak much English. They speak Russian and German very well or of course Czech. We loved it so much, that we extended our stay for another night. Our rooms were spacious with a great view over the gardens, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, Wi-Fi. Our room was cleaned daily, coffee, tea and water replenished daily. Excellent breakfast. We chose this hotel for the spa facility which we truly loved. Very friendly staff. Also there is electric little car going to/from city every 1 hour, so you can take a ride. Breakfast is sufficient. There are pool and saunas and lots of spa procedures to choose from.
