Everything about the hotel is exceptional. Staff: manager of the hotel very helpful, all receptionists very kind, patient and understanding, especially Olga! Housekeeping also very kind. Rooms nice, very clean, spacious and functional. Housekeeping attends every day. Amazing sea view (some of the rooms). Breakfast really nice. Very nice facilities like outdoor swimming pool and bar, indoor gym. We ended up staying extra 6 days on top of our stay.

The hotel was a few minutes walk from Nissi beach. We could see the sea from our bed which was really a great thing. Breakfast selection had various quality selection. During the day there were animations. We especially liked the coffee shop next to the pool.

The hotel is close to all the good places in Ayia Napa. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool is perfect. 1 min walk to reach the beach. Clean and modern rooms. Staff are very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious. It was a very good stay at Okeanos Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic. Everything was great, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in. The hotel is situated in a very good place with fantastic views towards the sea, beautiful view to the pool and sea. The hotel staff were genuinly nice and we felt like a big family staying at home during our stay. We had to extend and stay for longer! We had met Mikaela in the reception, she was very very kind, very giving and explaining, doing much more than just a regular receptionist. She was very helpful when we needed to know information or when we needed some things that were missing. She deserves a promotion if you ask me! I would also like to thank the manager of the dining room, Isidoras, he was very helpful, kind, and friendly. He was much more than just a dining room manager, we felt almost like family and we liked it very much, so thanks for a fantastic experience. There was a great variation of food since we only eat vegetarian. Would also like to mention the cleaning ladies were also very kind. From the management and the rest. The people who work in this hotel truly care about their guests, and they try to do their best. Thats what we felt. Everything about this hotel was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. Cannot wait to return again.
