The dinner and breakfast was excellent and the rooms are spacious and nice. The staff were also incredibly nice and helpful. Special thanks to Sharon who was on hand to help, Sandris who prepared an excellent breakfast and helped me out massively with getting a taxi, and to the girl who helped me check in and the evening barman/chef (I didn’t catch their names unfortunately!)Guest review byAlexandraSolo traveller

From the moment I booked to the day I left, everything was executed flawlessly. The hotel staff coordinated my pickup in Cartagena (long, 5-hour drive). Upon arrival, check-in was seamless. Our spaces were clean. Everything else was great - the location, close to the beach. The pool. Breakfast, dinners. Helping make recommendations on where to visit. Being patient with our kids. The property itself was beautiful to walk around & enjoyed that it was so close to the beach. Enjoyed the variety of food and the dogs living there. The staff did not speak much english (thank goodness for Google Translate) but were very friendly & helpful booking us drivers & massage; we HIGHLY recommend the couples spa package - it was delightful blend of skin care & massage.Guest review byRossYoung couple
