Amazing location and super friendly hosts! We were traveling to Colombia for a wedding and wanted a break from the hustle of Bogotá, and this place was perfect. The host, Maria, was fantastic—she made sure everything was just right. The cozy little houses had everything we needed, and the food was great. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend booking a massage at your house—it was super relaxing—and visiting the coffee plantation right next door is a must. For international travelers, I suggest using their shuttle service. It’s really convenient, and the views along the way are beautiful.

The tree house is a dream. It is an amazing and very comfortable cabin, and has a fantastic view over the mountains (and the countless colibris and butterflies). The Yoga class by Simona was great, as was the boxing class (sorry I did not catch the name of the instructor). The super-friendly dogs were excellent guides on our walks - and, of course, Lola stole our hearts…

The service, every single detail on the restaurant. When they serve us all the waiters, the receptionists night shift , the security guards , the kindness of a special waiter, who gives us a nice dessert on him . It was a very nice detail. We fell in love with the workers, from the cleaners to the housekeeping, all the security guards, people at the Terraze restaurant, at the pool. The location is perfect around the corner. You have a supermarket, and then on the other side, you have 2 blocks down. You have so many different restaurants. Coffee places everything was walking, distant, close to the museum. It was perfect.

Our stay at Viajero Bogotá was amazing! We stayed in the dorm as well as a twin room. If you travel with someone I would recommend investing in the twin room. The dorms are perfectly fine, but the twin room really exceeds expectations! The spa is a really nice addition, especially in the rainy season. All of the staff but especially John & Mauro were so friendly and helpful. It was our first night in Colombia and they made us feel so welcome! There are tons of activities, we joined the wine & paint one. The host was the most lovely, inviting girl and, it was a great way to connect to other travelers. The location is good, Bogotá is massive so you won’t be able to do everything walking

The staff were very friendly, and they were doing a lot of improvements to the shared spaces. Sergio was fantastic and very supportive. We were able to check in early and the prices are very reasonable. We had an outside balcony but didn’t use it. The Favela tour with Jacob is great and he is a fantastic artist
