very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel

I had a great stay at the Chengdu Ritz-Carlton. The staff were super friendly, and I especially want to thank Kiki Xu for her assistance in finding my AirPods that I had left in the room after checkout.

We have been stayed in the Tibetan hotel for a number of times. There’s a reason why we always come back! The location is great, rooms are very tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Chengdu, Ascott Qinhuang Chengdu is an apartment surrounded by views of the city.

Staff and service was superb. Left my stuff behind and XiaoLi at the reception kindly posted it to my next lodgings in a city away. The three bedroom suite is very spacious, modern and homely. Plenty of food options from early morning to late at night just under the doorsteps of the hotel. An hour train or 30-50mins uber (depending on traffic) into the the city centre. Good value for money regardless.

Our stay at W Chengdu was beyond our expectations. On our arrival, the receptionists were all very welcoming. The lobby is so stylish and modern, the room is so well-designed. Fancy: our room was very efficient and took great care of us. We loved the breakfast at the well-decorated Zing, we had lots of choice. The team at Zing is so warm and kind especially Jasmine, Hedy, Cassie, Mona, Ziki. We will not hesitate to come back again to W Chengdu for our next trip.
