Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

Excellent welcome. The most amazing room with plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was unique. We used the rooftop bar for both a dinner and a drink before we left. It had a great view of Santa Lucia hill

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.
