breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.

Very luxurious. Loved our private transfer on arrival (from Zurich HB train station to the hotel). Breakfast was amazing with buffet and A-La Carte options. Our room was great, very spacious with plenty closet space and a modern bathroom. There are forest paths for running and walking around the hotel. We loved the spa - amazing facilities.

Amazing stay, excellent breakfast, spacious room got an immediate upgrade. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Location is fantastic, just next to Coop and also few mins away from Altstatten train station which is 6 mins away from Zurich Hauptbahnhoff (main train station). Superb location, lovely staff, stunning views and amazing food. Only way to reach is via a train (last train at 11:05) and a walk up to the top of the mountain, but definitely worth it. Spa included for hotel guests but have yet to use. Temps were a bit warm but when booking I asked for a fan and a good one was provided.
