Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

The Hotel Alpina is directly across from the gondola and cable car. You can't be closer to the slopes unless you camp out on the hill! The staff were amazing. I can't speak French or German and had no problem communicating with the staff at the hotel and the restaurant.

Everything about to property was breathtaking, beautiful property inside out, each area inside the hotel had its own identity and everything just worked and perfect harmony. But, the outside pool was the cherry on the cake, amazing view of the mountains and even though it's winter now, when you are inside the pool you don't feel any cold at all, it's extremely comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. the Structure of the hotel was very well thought for all those guests to not clash with each other in the halls 😃 The spa was especially relaxing and very well kept. We had a truly wonderful stay. There is strictly nothing negative to say about our short spell at the Matterhorn Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, cosy, but with modern facilities. Spa was also super clean and welcoming. Staff were ultra nice, and came to pick us from the train station, even though we were actually just a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were both sad to leave. We literally can't wait to go back!
