We loved this hotel - arriving after a long day’s hike the great little spa was very welcome. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the restaurant pleasantly informal. The staff were all delightful.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. Situated in a charming town, the hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, elegant decor, cozy rooms, and comfortable beds. It's an ideal location for hiking and exploring Switzerland. Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings during our stay.

The recent refurbishment is classy and stylish. The pool is swanky with huge windows looking out over the mountains, ditto for the spa which is 13chf extra per day and worth a visit. Breakfast is ample with lots of choice. No complaints at all! Staff are nice too. I stayed in a mixed dormitory because the hotel was full so no female dorms were set up. The room was big. For a youth hostel it’s not cheap but what can I say, it is Switzerland so what can you do? It’s a 7 minute walk to the funicular which drops you into the ski resort. I loved the skiing. Lots of red runs and many drag lifts.

Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.
