Everybody was so welcoming and kind. Specially Anton and Anika were super great and helpful! I can't thank them enough. I have gluten intolerance and they were absoultely great finding some alternatives for me. The food was amazing. Anton was so kind to give us an exceptional room, it was beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy. Pool was amazing. We had a lovely time! Thinking about coming again soon.

I went there with my best friend and we enjoyed every single second. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much! We got a free upgrade and couldn’t find any negative thing about our stay. Fruit and tea and candies are leats for free.

Our vacation in Zillertal was great! Great location (Bichl), good ski and the Hotel (Theresia) was excellent in every possible way: super-friendly, great hospitality! The staff attended to every need we had and made sure we know how to move in the area, explained in detail the ski options we had, ski-passes bought at the reception desk, great breakfast, really nice facilities / sauna / gym area / relax room etc., very clean and the half-board option proved to be ideal for us! The area has many ski resorts and gondolas and supports all tastes, as well as great accommodation, good accessibility via frequent ski buses and variety of lifts. Overall a very nice experience and we’ll be coming back for sure in Zillertal and especially in Hotel Theresia!!

This place is SO beautiful - location is great, and the rooms perfect! I have never meet such kindhearted people in a hotel reception as I did here - we felt at home the moment we stepped inside! Also the food is delicious - the breakfast is yummy!

    The hotel was excellent in every way. We were especially embraced by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They've helped us on numerous occasions with anything we needed. Rooms, breakfast, pool, spa were all excellent.

    Gallhaus is a wonderful family run hotel, we had such a warm welcome. We had a deluxe double room which was absolutely fabulous, spacious, amazing bathroom and lots of storage and a balcony. Breakfast was full of locally sourced and fresh produce ( amazing eggs !!) lots of bread, fruit, meats and cheese. There is a ski room on site and a sauna area . The hotel is literally 50 m walk from the Rosenbalm lift so very easy access. The hotel is 1km walk into the centre of Ziller which worked well for us.

    Everything was amazing and much better than we expected. Room was great, modern and spacious, beds and sofabed very comfortable. Spa area with sauna was really nice to relax after skiing. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly made every morning with lots of things to choose from. But the best thing about this place are the couple that run it - they are so nice and kind, they helped out with everything we asked, gave us some nice recommendations and really made our week there a great holiday! I can't give 11 rating but they deserve it!

    The standout feature of this hotel was definitely the breakfast selection – it was truly superb. The wellness area was also a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes, with a variety of saunas. The staff were also incredibly attentive and always made sure that all of our needs were taken care of.
