First of all, I like the fact that this hotel pays attention to every detail. From entering and how to handle your car to lipstick and the other offerings in the bathroom, minibar that is free for the first refill, water that you get for the safe travel, shop where I could by a comb that I forgot... well done Wulfenia team! The dinner was really amazing, very delicious and its included in the price. On the leave you get 5% discount for the next time. Our room got upgraded, we got the view on the mountains and ski path. There are 2 warm outside pools, one of them is jacuzzi and there is also a gym. I liked the interior of the hotel, and big glass windows in the restaurant. I also liked hotel stuff were different nationalities, also mine, so I spoke my language and it felt like home.

The room was very cozy and spacious. The personnel were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. It was nice to have a room to store skiing equipment and dry it off. The sauna was also very nice.

    The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

    Location is great for both the skiing activities and the apres-ski fun. Food: good selection for breakfast and Dinner even better! Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

    Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment
