Very easy check in, you get all the details few days before arrival. Garage is in the building, also easy to find. Apartment as in pictures with very nice terrace. Great location, train and tram station around the corner, the nearest grocery store three minutes away. Great value for money!

The instructions were easy and straightforward to get access. The apartmant was pretty good and well prepared. The public transport connection is pretty good and the parking is close and cheap at Parkhaus Donaumarina - Wien | APCOA. Billa is within just a few steps distance. Definitely recommended by me!

Comfotable apartment. Excellent quiet location. Near to metro u1 station Oberlaa. Every 5 minutes metro u1 train to the center of Vienna. Near to vienna thermal spa. unfortunately we didnt have our swimsuit.
