Everything in this place suggests quality and prestige. The team member who checked us in, redefined what high quality of service is. In general, the reception team is highly commended for their welcoming attitude and patience. The rooms are big, nicely decorated, with a great balcony with fantastic view. The bathroom could host a family by itself. If you like Tennis, I doubt you will be able to play in a court with a better view. Returning to the hotel at night felt magical. We went on a hike the other day and felt it was a mistake we just did not spend the day at the hotel.

Room is big, clean and they have big parking lot. The stuff is really friendly and want to be helpful in anything you re looking. The view from the hotel is amazing. Breakfast is normal, it is not a lot to decide but you can from muslie, egg, ham, chesee, nutella, paté,jogurt....it is enough to choose.

Although it is a big hotel, you are still in the centre of attention, the staff is so nice!!! And the pool there with the special refine water is something outstanding!

Amazing stay with the best views. We arrived by bike with our 5 year old and we were super pleased with everything about our stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive and very patient with our little one. The food was great and the design of the common areas is really well done. Lots of space to relax, play games, read etc. There is a lot of space outside to enjoy the terrace and the amazing views of the valley and the mountains. They were even so kind as to drop us off to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of champagne. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it and our little guy didn't want to leave! Parking at Pass Thurm was easy and the path is easy to find and follow.

This holiday oasis combines a casual ambience, a spacious spa area and many activities in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region between Zell am See and Kitzbühel.

All the staff are really friendly. You feel like you're among friends from the moment you arrive. We dined there every evening as there was something for everyone and it was delicious. The spa offers several types of saunas and hammam, a real treat! In short, an excellent stay that will live long in our memories.

I had an amazing experience at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spa area was lovely, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a stressful week. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent.
