The hotel has a personality originating from a 17th-century hunting lodge. Many additions and modernisations were made, like a new sauna or bar downstairs and a warm central fireplace in the hall. Most of the hotel only operates during the skiing season. It seems like a miracle that they can retain and motivate their staff for only a couple of months of the year. The receptionist and the general manager, who makes his rounds to all breakfast tables daily, were extremely friendly, as is most of the service staff. Some staff don't speak English or German, and misunderstandings can arise. Nevertheless, 90% of the team was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is enormous and did not get boring during an eight-day stay.

I had a delightful experience at this establishment. The reception staff, restaurant servers, and housekeeping team were all incredibly charming and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures upon arrival and for Valentine's Day. The live music in the evening added a special touch to the ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, contributing to a peaceful stay. The intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and its delicious cuisine were also highlights of my visit.

Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.

Location is easy to reach. Staff is super friendly and accommodating for kids. Facilities are excellent. Food is delicious. Could not have asked for a better vacation.

The property is new, super modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with a fabulous view over the village. It was perfect for a couple of nights with two grown teenagers. There is a cafe approximately 50m from the property, not to mention several other options within easy walking distance.

Amazing! The host was very nice and thoughtful, helped us with summer card. The room was with such a nice view, and very cozy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Austria, with fresh berries, bread and etc. would love to have stayed there for longer.

We loved the big room with a lot of space. The view from the balcony was amazing . The breakfast in the morning was great! Same as the swim in the pool in the morning, nice and lovely water. Staff was very helpfull and we could leave a bag in their storage room. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, because of our hiking trip, but would definately come back!
