Everything! The breakfast, spa area, kindness of people. Only good things to say. We came to relax and discover the area. The location was very easy to reach by transportation and the hotel included a lot of wonderful services that allowed us to completely disconnect and relax.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Clean, comfy room, big bathroom with a shower, fantastic food and amazing staff in the restaurant overlooking Worthersee. Staff is there to help you with all kinds of wishes. Bautiful hotel with amazing, high qulity facilities! Christmas decor and outside advent market are reasons to visit in the winter. Bar and spa are brilliant and there is just no reason to go anywhere else whilst staying in this hotel. Staff are kind and super nice

Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.
