There are lots of places to just sit and stare at the beautiful landscape - inside, outside or from the hot tub. The Inn is located close enough to Stowe town to be near the action, but far enough out that you avoid the traffic congestion. The breakfast was amazing and the surprise afternoon snack was always super tasty. The bed was insanely comfortable and I also loved loved loved the white noise machine. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.
