This was my second stay within a week (I gave top rating last time), now a slightly smaller room, however good, with a table for working and a fridge. A fantastic and exciting breakfast, which I missed due to early leaving last time. 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station and uncountable shops nearby. Good wifi. Near to the beer-shop (hard to find in Turkey).
