Everything seems new. Parking was near the front door. The apartment is a very short walk to the train station and a number of good restaurants and the village’s store. We did breakfast in, ate picnic lunches on the trails, and enjoyed the restaurants for dinner. If you plan to self-cater (more than breakfast) shop in a bigger town. We had towel and trash service daily when we wanted it. Bed was large and very comfortable. Tons of closet space.

The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

Breakfast is decent, if you come early :) SPA area is amazing and good value for money - there are a couple of saunas, jacuzzi and relaxing zone. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, we enjoyed our stay so much!

Beautiful balcony view, underground parking. We had a perfect stay. The staff is very pro and lovely despite the lack of english. We were the only tourists not coming from Central Europe during our stay (which is not negative at all). The apartment was also very clean.

Clean, cozy rooms, tasty and rich breakfast. For those who are planning to hike, the location of the chalet brings a lot of opportunities to start your journey and reach the top 😄. Tatra Tram station Nová Lesná is only 15 minutes walking. If you are to bring your own food there is a clean and fully equipped kitchen available. Free coffee and premium organic tea. Situated in the town of Poprad and the Aquacity Poprad reachable within a 5-minute walk, Boutique Hotel Villa ZAUBER offers accommodation in modern rooms, High Tatras views, a breakfast-restaurant, free WiFi available in all areas and free private parking possible on site. Ski equipment hire is offered 100 metres away and the train station is set 200 metres away. We were very happy with this hotel. The apparment was big and clean, it had two rooms and the kitchen, also a balcony with the mountain view. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!
