The property was built in 1990 and has accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is situated 25 km from Circolo Golf Villa d'Este. We had an amazing stay with our very friendly host Danilo. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was filtered water, kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and ample space.

There is a shared lounge at this property and guests can go walking tours nearby. Sparkle clean and very new! The Location is perfect as you can get to the beach by crossing only one street! All the facilities were available in the house. The bed was comfortable. The location was a dream with all the natural beauty. The location is up hill and have to do a little climbing of the stairs but that experience is mind boggling. The host Serena was amazing! She was so cooperative, kind and caring. She made our stay wonderful, she guided us about how and where to go. She prebooked taxis for us whenever we needed it. Overall experience was fantastic!

Bike hire and car hire are available at the hotel and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. The location was great, very quiet, and local. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.

The apartment is just 3 minutes from the train station, yet located in a quiet and peaceful building with easy access. It’s compact but has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host was incredibly thoughtful—Ivana stocked the place with water, basic food, even first aid supplies, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. She also provides clear, detailed check-in instructions, including videos, which made our arrival completely stress-free. Everything was super clean and well organized, and communication with her was flawless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the small terrace with lounge chairs, where we spent our last afternoon reading with the sound of birds all around. There’s a public beach and a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. We slept deeply and in total silence every night. We truly felt at home and cared for. Highly recommended!

The couples who managed the place were the most helpful people I have ever come across. The place was breathtaking, it felt home away from home. We had a spectacular view over the mountain, overall a peaceful environment. The place had everything one needed, very fresh and clean. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.
