Set in Seyðisfjörður, 3.7 km from Gufufoss, Dúlluhús - Apartments by Aldan has ski-to-door access, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. The property has mountain and lake views. The apartment features parking on-site, a fitness room and a housekeeping service. I loved everything about this cottage style house. Our apartment was on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms were reasonably spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and very cozy. Our friends stayed upstairs in another lovely apartment. Seyðisfjörður, is a lovely small town, in a valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The locals are all very friendly and we enjoyed lovely food in the nearby Aldan bar/restaurant. We stayed for the Sluice 2025 art event, but it would also make a great base for driving around and seeing all the other sights. If I am ever travelling in this region again, I would hope to stay in this cottage.

Quiet area, great location, beautiful views. All accessories for cooking. Hot tube in the terrace. Pleasant host family, we communicated several times before arriving.

Guests at Botnahlid Villa, Mountain and Town views and outdoor Sauna can enjoy skiing and hiking nearby, or make the most of the sun terrace. Very cosy place and friendly host! Quite calm little town and beautiful view.

Even if there was a pub next door, it didn't bother us. Parking directly in front of the room. The kitchen has a lot of dishes to use. We saw the aurora for the first time just in front of hostel!

Snæfell - Hotel by Aldan is 500 metres from the Smyril Line Ferry Terminal in Seydisfjördur. WiFi and parking are free.

Seydisfjordur Public Swimming Pool is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Stafdal Valley Ski Centre is 9 km away. The cutest place to spend the night. beautiful spacious rooms, wooden floors, old furniture. Central location beside the church.
