The view from our room was stunning - we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the gulf from atop of the mountain with the refreshing breeze.The family running the hotel was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. We loved the breakfast which was plenty and fresh, as was the dinner in the restaurant. We stayed three nights and felt we had recharged our batteries. It's one of those places that you're sad to leave and we will definitely come back!

We stayed three nights over the weekend at Hotel Caravia Lux with my husband and had an absolutely amazing time. The hotel is a gorgeous little boutique spot — cozy, stylish, and set in a stunning location, with just ten rooms all facing the sea, the mountains, and the beautiful pool. It really has that peaceful, luxury feel without being overdone. The new management are truly lovely — kind, professional, and very attentive — which made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Before our trip, we got in touch with the hotel to make a few special arrangements, and the communication was smooth, fast, and incredibly easy. Everything was handled perfectly, which really set the tone for the whole stay. Breakfast each morning was a delight — delicious homemade pies with that authentic Greek touch, fresh and full of flavour. The vibe around the hotel, especially by the pool, is super chill and relaxing — very adult-friendly, no kids running around, just pure calm. Dinner at the hotel was equally impressive — upscale yet warm, Greek cuisine with a refined twist that felt really special without being pretentious. We left feeling completely relaxed, very well looked after, and already talking about our next visit. We’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending this lovely place to our friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my vacation. The place was very clean, the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking sea view from our room. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Archontika Karamarlis oferece jardim, lounge compartilhado, terraço e bar em Makrinitsa. The location was amazing in a beatiful setting. The hotel is made of stone, with beautiful details, wooden doors and other interiors. I have never seen such a beautiful place. Breakfast was great and it was very close to the center with a lot of cute shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel's own bar is providing an amazing view and a great selection of food and drinks.

Parking lot near the building. Quiet area very close to main square of Portaria with a lot of tavernas and shops.
