The facility and rooms are very clean, the bathroom was very clean, it is a family business, we liked it very much, we stayed for 2 nights, but the location is not exactly accurate, contact the business or use Yandex maps for the exact location, the rooms open to a common balcony, you have to go up a steep road a bit far from the center.

This is such a lovely guest house. The owner Taona is the sweetest woman & although she doesn’t speak English you can communicate & feel her warmth. Both her children speak good English. Her breakfasts are amazing. Home cooked, plentiful, varied & so delicious. We had a comfortable triple room at the back with a view up to the hill behind with cows & horses grazing. It is a small farm with a lovely rural feel just outside the town of Mestia so very peaceful. There is a great restaurant in the town which Taona recommended. We had good walks & drove to Ushguli which was beautiful. I woukd 100% Recommend this guest house & it’s very good value. Thank you Taona. ❤️

The hotel is new, you should take off your shoes when you enter, but you get slippers so you don’t walk barefoot. Ninia was absolutely lovely and super helpful with everything. The room was spacious with a nice balcony, the place also has a common TV room and shared terrace. You have access to complimentary tea and coffee. Overall would definitely stay again and if you have a chance, book this place, you will not regret it!

The host was very warm and flexible and the room was also super comfortable with great view to the mountains and towers. The hotel design and the breakfast was also great.

Good hotel with a very nice and extensive breakfast. Located at the beginning of Mestia village, 2 min walk to the first restaurants and supermarkets. The room was good, nice beds and very good shower. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed here the first and last night of a multi-day hike and for us the perfect place to begin and end our stay in Mestia.

Amazing location with breathtaking view of the meadows and mountains. The village is about 45 mins from Mestia and that's good thing. The best thing about the place was the top notch hospitality of the hosts (especially Giorgi who extended exemplary Georgian hospitality). Hands down, one of our best stay in Georgia.

The room was very nice - big and with large terrace. The communication with the host was easy and smooth and I had there the best breakfast for my whole stay in Georgia!
