The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.

The couple (parents of the boy Luka) were very, very friendly. They prepared a very delicious dinner for us and helped us for buying some beer in the next shop. It was very nice
