Everything was amazing, the apartment, amenities, and staff were extremely helpful and promptly available and responsive as and when needed. These classically decorated rooms are bright and colour, with wooden floors and wooden furnishings. Each room provides an en suite bathroom, and all rooms include a TV and some of them have balcony. Great family run hotel in the Bavarian Alps. Great breakfast and the host and staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

All Rooms have balcony with a view. Some of the rooms have a direct view to Neuschwanstein castle. From the outside terrasse or in the large garden you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the castle. great rooms, great stuff. Beutifull view of the castle (if you purchase the room with a view as we did)

This centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Berchtesgaden Train Station. Each room has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps.

During the winter months the area is ideal for skiing, with ski lifts 3 km from Hotel AlpinaRos. The popular Königssee Lake is 5 km away. the friendly & helpful front desk.

Gasthaus-Pension-Café Dörfl has an idyllic location between the Wendelstein mountain and the Wilder Kaiser mountain ridge. It is popular with hikers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers.

Food and drinks are also served on the hotel terrace of the Café Dörfl. The terrace offers a fine view of the surrounding mountainous countryside. It was a beautiful location. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff

The Hotel Zugspitze's spacious rooms feature a modern en suite bathroom, Alpine-style furnishings, comfortable beds and free high-speed internet access. The hotel’s location is fantastic – just a short walk to key attractions, shops, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Limited variety and not very memorable compared to similar hotels. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone prioritizing location over extras.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains.

Farchant is an ideal staring point for hiking and skiing, with several skilifts within 9 km. Zugspitze (mountain) is 15 kilometers away and Eibsee (lake) is 15 kilometers away. Fantastic place. The owner is so warm while we checked in. Will definitely recommend this place

This family-run 4-star hotel is located in the centre of Bad Reichenhall. AVALON Hotel Bad Reichenhall offers a bar, air-conditioned rooms and free high-speed WiFi.

The non-smoking rooms come with soundproof windows, a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with shower and radio. Some rooms feature a balcony. They offer views of the Alps. This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was in October 2024. As usual, the staff was stellar. Every request and inquiry was acted upon with a cheerful smile and prompt efficiency. They delivered 100% especially when I needed it the most. The hotel is situated across the street from the Bad Reichenhall Bahnhof (train station). No worries since the hotel has excellent soundproofing. The public areas along with the room itself were immaculate. The bathroom had all the expected amenities including hair dryer, soaps and a towel warmer. The A/C runs well and can be adjusted. There is an Aldi supermarket and a store specializing in health products and cosmetics nearby. An Italian pizza restaurant is across the street (order the spinach and salmon pizza), and a Bavarian restaurant is a few blocks away. The Avalon is a family-owned and run business so you get that special attention you can’t get at a chain hotel. I highly recommend this property.
