The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast, and the bed was comfy.

The location was spectacular with views of the sun setting behind the mountains from the living room and master bedroom. My children were able to play in the snow right out the back door and sled for hours and when they were done, going inside was simple and fast. The apartment was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we were able to make family meals when we didn’t go out to eat at the lodge restaurant.

Fully renovated since May 2017, Hotel HF offers accommodation directly in the ski centre of Farellones, only 50 km from Santiago city centre. With free WiFi and an outdoor summer-only swimming pool, Hotel HF has direct access to the ski areas. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with our luggage, and check-in is on the first floor (from there, they took our luggage to our room). The room was small and windowless, but everything was very clean. The room had the perfect temperature for the cold weather we experienced. Despite the dated interior, the hotel has fantastic staff and service. I recommend it.
