The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Only a short walk from the station and we were in our spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn.. The bed was very comfortable and shower was good. The staff at reception were very friendly. The helped us by printing out the tickets when we had to book a train online. The young South American in charge of the kitchen was very friendly and looked after us well. There was a great range of hot and cold breakfast items. This was our third time staying here. It just gets better each time!!

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Excellent location and great staff! Enjoyed our stay and totally worth it. Fantastic view from our room, sat down in the balcony to stare at Matterhorn for hours. Great spread of breakfast to start your day! If you are in Zermatt, this is the place you should stay!

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. We love the pool, services from the hotel.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location. Good food at Julen as well!

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. The staff, the spa, the breakfast and the room is amazing. This three star hotel is better than many five-star hotels.

The outdoor pool with a direct view to the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The service by the staff and concierge was top notch, making the trip an absolute wonder.
