Set in Interlaken, 19 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Chalet Hostel @ Backpackers Villa Interlaken offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The property is 80 metres from the city centre and 21 km from Giessbachfälle. Pretty much the ideal hostel experience. The rooms were nice, with comfortable mattresses, made bedding, and a sink and mirror in the room. A European and a Swiss style outlet at the bed, a good shelf, and an adjustable reading light. Tons of very nice common spaces, including a well-equipped and huge kitchen area. Breakfast was simple (bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juice) but high quality including locally baked fresh bread. The shower rooms were large and had lots of hooks and dry space to put your things. The staff were friendly and accommodating and everything was always clean. The building itself is cool too.

Guests at the accommodation can enjoy billiards on site, or go skiing or cycling in the surroundings. All I can say is that the host is above and beyond nice and professional. Did not get to stay in this hotel due to some overbooking issue, but the host accommodated us in a nearby hotel which was also really nice. So we were not left without a room and all was good. We carried on with a lovely and memorable vacation in Grindenwald. Thank you! I would have also liked to stay there, as the view is top, and rooms are big, but it all worked out in the end.

It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Everything was perfect!!!!! Location, view, rooms, staff are wonderful!!! I liked everything in this hotel!!!

The family-run Hotel Alpina right in the heart of the car-free resort of Mürren offers you a unique location and spectacular views over the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains.

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Located on the cliffside and nicer side of Mürren close to the mountain clouds. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and the view from the balcony is just heavenly (make sure to request for a room by the mountain side), check pics. Bfast was good and also had dinner here twice, their food is great and servers are attentive. Hotel is the first one on the cliffside after turning left from the train station, it isn’t a very long walk. I had an overall pleasant stay and will stay here again.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. Very clean, comfy beds, great views and the restaurant was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was very nice as well.

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. The hotel it’s beautiful itself. Surrounded by the mountains it’s a magical place.
