The accommodation provides a hot tub, evening entertainment and family rooms. The hotel is in a lovely mountain location with little else around it, so very quiet if that's what you're looking for. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was relaxed with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. The restaurant has a comprehensive menu and a very pleasant environment with a terrace that has a great view. My room was typically Austrian/German; very functional but not too fancy and with plenty of room. Clean and well looked after as was the whole hotel. My special request was acknowledged and honoured. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Gastwirtschaft Hold offers a children's playground. You can play darts at this 3-star hotel, and the area is popular for hiking and skiing. This is a wonderful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We chose a suite and were surprised by the size of it. It had a coffee maker and a small fridge which were perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. There was a tub but we didn't use it during our stay. There was a nice porch out front where we sat to enjoy the spring sunshine. Breakfast was a feast with items and coffee made to order as well as a large layout of food to chose from in the buffet. We ate dinner in the evening and everything was fresh and made to order. It was so good we were even tempted by dessert. We enjoyed being in a family run establishment which made us feel like welcome guests.

Free private parking is available on site. A bus stop is right outside, and the Rohrbach Train Station is a 12-minute drive away. The Mönichwald Ski Area, as well as the historic town of Vorau, can be reached in a 15-minute drive. The food was excellent even for a someone with celiac. Super friendly staff! Clean big room in a beautiful village in the forest.

The owner runs a typical Heurigen restaurant in the surrounding hills, where you can enjoy regional dishes. It can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The area is great for hiking or Nordic Walking. Cross-country skiing tracks are 10 km away. Everything! Great hotel, excellent food , fantastic staff, good spa and the best restaurant-bar Bratl-Alm, few minutes away from the hotel which belongs to the same owner. Beautiful mountains view and relaxing atmosphere, great location for hiking and skiing in the season.

The Almwellness Hotel Pierer****Superior on the Teichalm refreshes with even more recreational quality. Thanks to the newly expanded AlmWellness & SPA area with a 20-metre infinity pool, panorama sauna and a second outdoor whirlpool as well as 12 Alpine garden suites, yoga & activity room and fitness studio and an underground car park with 29 parking spaces, it will be even nicer! It is one of the best and most beautiful hotels I have ever been. Everything was on the top level.

The place was perfect. The house was emaculate and had everything you could need, hot tub, fireplace, bbq, all appliances, comfortable beds, plenty of room. The position and surroundings were beautiful and private. Could not ask for better place to relax in beautiful countryside.
