The Gerlitzen-Kanzelbahn cable car is 800 metres away and the stop of the free ski bus can be found right in front of the hotel. A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. The hotel is very clean and accessible. There is a gim, spa and wellness, as well as billiards and fussball room. The rooms are spacious and warm, and we had a small terrace/deck with sesting area. The ski room is big with boot heaters/dryes. Breakfast is excellent with meats, cheese, different pastries and bread types, as well as eggs, vegetables, bacon, dairy products and cereals.

The units come with parquet floors and feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain or lake views. At the apartment complex, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the apartment offers ski storage space. We were surprised by the weather, by the location, by the garden and by the staff ... Lovely place ...

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .

Activities such as cycling, canoeing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. A private beach area, water sports facilities and ski storage space are all featured at the aparthotel, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Top quality villa on the great location.

A selection of activities are offered in the area, such as skiing, snowboaring, horse riding, windsurfing and diving. A paragliding landing spot is in the immediate vicinity of the property. Several hiking and cycling tracks start right outside. The host was very welcoming, transparent and we appreciated all the good recommendations provided. Location is fantastic, close to Gerlitzen, close to the Lake and many attractions. We enjoyed the Adler Arena, Familywald, hiking to the Finsterbach waterfalls and the Gerlitzen Peak. The restaurant across from the location is also fantastic(zum Treffner).

Nice rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean. The hotel offers private access to Lake Ossiach which is outstanding! My mother had a room with a balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel also has two terraces that are accessible to all guests, and the view is breathtaking here, also. Delicious breakfast that offers a great array of food and drink choices. The owner and other staff are extremely attentive to their guests!

Everything, the location near the lake, the facilities, the cleanliness of the surroundings, a bakery and a supermarket.

The closest slopes are only 5 km away and a free shuttle service to the Ski Area is offered. A ski storage is also available directly next to the slopes. The view is amazing, the apartment is spacious and well-equipped, the wellness is perfect after a day of skiing, everything is spotless clean and the ski lift is close to the house. :)

Guests at the apartment will be able to enjoy activities in and around Bodensdorf, like skiing, cycling and hiking. Guests at Waldvilla BERGSEE can enjoy walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. Great location with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean.
