The hotel is clean, has a wonderful continental breakfast with eggs and sausages cooked fresh, many bread and cereal options, hot tea & coffee. It is a 2 minute walk from the Lake Nojiri, which is super convinient as you can do SUP, kayaking and other water activities there and then return to the hotel to rest. Beautiful Snow house, one of the best I have ever stayed in. Perfect location & suited the 7 of us just fine! Hayden and Saki (Property Host's) are lovely and tentative when needed. Great food at the restaurant and the free breakfast's are the best way to start any day!

Wonderful and friendly staff with good advice about the surrounding area. The hotel was very very clean with plenty of facilities for guests including access to a microwave and a refrigerator. The common facilities were beautifully maintained (public bath and toilets). The dinner menu was good especially the fish and chips.
