The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars

Loved the size of the house, it is enormous and it has a lovely garden and views across Sapporo. Loved the shower and the heated room off the shower room which made getting dried and dressed feel very comfortable! Pool table and massage chair were great additions and we made full use of them.

Love the relaxing atmosphere and the facilities where you can kick back. The Onsen was fantastic and exceptional. The sauna was quite spacious and great way to end the bathing experience.
