The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and great facilities. Having Onsen onsite was lovely. Providing free shuttles to and from train station and ski resort is excellent. Loved our stay. Highly recommend

Friendly and welcoming hospitality. The location was fabulous and the rooms were clean. Delicious array of dishes for the buffet. We really enjoyed the New Year’s Day firework exhibit and the fact that we could access the slopes straight from the hotel✨

There are plenty of spaces for parking in front of the guesthouse. The burger and beer was good at the restaurant. My room rate didn't include breakfast. Not sure if they have.

Location close enough to walk to ski area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Great coffe too! Room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet location. Bonus of hot spring bath on site. On our arrival staff gave directions/map of area in English and suggested places to eat—very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese.

Everything was brilliant. Fantastic value for money. Great food, awesome Onsens. It's very traditional though. Beds are Futon style and there are no showers in the rooms. You have to shower in the Onsen.
